2011-2012 Digital Delivery Enrollment Form

I acknowledge that my school will receive access to the digital delivery as well as, for schools in The Oklahoman's delivery area, at least one classroom set (25 copies) of special print deliveries such as Sunday newspapers containing educational lessons, newspapers with educational wraps, and student supplements.

I acknowledge that the number of licenses ("copies") of the electronic edition indicated on this form will be provided throughout the school year unless I contact NIE to change the quantity. At the end of the 2011-2012 school year, I agree to sign and return a verification form confirming that I ordered, received and used these electronic edition copies in an educational setting with my students.
