Speaker Requests
Journalists – print, photo and video – from the News and Information Center are available to talk to students in schools in the Oklahoma City metro area. Teachers should make a request at least one month in advance.
Journalists are generally available for a maximum of one hour. We are not currently able to provide long-distance telecom presentations to schools beyond the Oklahoma City metro area.
To make a request, please make direct contact with a staff member if you know one. Otherwise, please send an email to Joe Hight, director of information and development, at jhight@opubco.com. Be sure to list your school, the class, the topic, and the desired date and time in your email.
