Full Description: NIE’s Asian Heritage Month program features exciting information and activities about China, Japan, Vietnam and the Koreas in celebration of May’s designation as Asian Heritage Month. The lesson on Vietnam includes information about the formation of Oklahoma’s vibrant Asian community. This program is complimentary to schools thanks to the generosity of Super Cao Nguyen, Grand House Asian Bistro, and the Confucius Institute.
